The Victoria’s Secrets Fashion Show is one of biggest dates in the fashion calendar – and with filming set to take place tonight we thought we’d meet the Angels hitting the runway this year.
The lingerie show, which turns 20 this year, will be filmed in New York and among the Angels are six international models who have walked for Issa.
As well as seeing some of the most creative and cutting edge lingerie design, the audience will also be treated to performances by Rhianna and Ellie Goulding. It will be screened on CBS on 8 December at 10pm (US time).
London-born Lily Donaldson will be a familiar face to Victoria’s Secret fans having appeared at the show every year since 2010. Discovered by Select Model Management when she was 16-years-old, Donaldson has worked with the likes of Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana and Burberry.
Lily has been featured on the cover of Vogue in the UK, US, Italy, China and Australia and is currently signed to IMG agency.
Leomie first shot to fame after appearing in the TV show The Model Agency in 2011 and has gone on to work with the likes of Vivienne Westwood, Tommy Hilfiger and Marc Jacobs.
As well as being a model, Leomie is also a blogger writing about fashion, modeling and fitness. She has even shared her casting preparation for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in this video.
She is represented by agencies around the world including Premier Model Management in London.
Last year, Dutch model Romee Strijd was one of the newcomers at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show – but this year she returns as an Angel.
As well as Issa, the 20-year-old has also walked for Yves Saint Laurent, Burberry and Alexander McQueen. She is signed to DNA Models.
Born to an Italian father and Congolese mother, Cindy Bruna walked exclusively for Calvin Klein in 2012 and last year she was the face of Prada.
The 21-year-old, who first walked at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2013, has also been the cover girl for a host of fashion magazines including Vogue Italia and Marie Claire Italy. She is signed to a number of global agencies including Elite London.
Sanne, a former gymnast from Donkerbroek in the Netherlands, has worked with some of the world’s best designers including Ralph Lauren, John Galliano and Calvin Klein.
She is represented by a number of top modelling agencies including New York Model Management and Viva Model Management London.
Burundi-born Leila Ndabirabe (Nda) made her name on the runways in New York and Milan last year when she walked for Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Versace and many more.
Leila, who grew up in Belgium, is represented by Women Management in New York and Models 1 in London.
